Considering the reliability growth of fighter plane during flight test stage,a mission reliability evaluation method based on Gamma distribution is proposed.The suitability of Gamma distribution to reliability growth process during flight test stage is analyzed.The effectiveness of the proposed method has been demonstrated by flight test data of an aircraft.The result shows that the method can be applied to mission reliability evaluation of military aircraft during flight test.
